All of our stores are currently closed due to COVID-19 and the accompanying Shelter in Place and Isolation Orders from our state and local leaders. We do have one person covering each store Monday-Saturday to answer phone calls and help our customers where we can safely do so.
Below are the hours we are covering phone calls:
- Main Street Store- 9 am - 3 pm (726-4501)
- Rental Haus 12 pm - 5pm (726-4512) Rental Haus and Main share phone lines so someone should answer between 9and 5.
- Warm Springs 10 am - 4 pm (726-7547)
- Hailey 10 am - 4 pm (788-7847)
- Limelight 10 am - 4 pm (726-0898)

Our doors may be closed to the public, but a single employee is allowed in each store so they are essentially safely in quarantine while at work. We can answer questions over the phone, make phone sales with curbside pick-up, shipping, or free local delivery.
Also, check out our new online store we built in only a few days as a temporary solution during these times. It has limited inventory but it will show you some of what we have in stock and make the purchasing process more streamlined.
All Winter Merchandise is 50% off and bikes and spring merchandise are arriving daily! We can also sell you a Gift Card if you just want to support your local gear shop during these trying times!
We are not offering any tune or repair yet. We want to make sure we are over the COVID-19 peak before we implement those protocols. However, we can try to help you fix your bike over the phone. We also ask that you wait on Junior Lease Returns until we send an e-mail requesting you to do so. We are offering limited rentals of products that have been quarantined for 72 hours since their last use. Please call us if you have any questions.
