Rental Reservation Policies

• Reservations are only valid if made 48 hours in advance of opening (8:00 a.m.) on the scheduled pick-up day..
• Equipment Reservations are based on availability.
• Renters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of rental.
• Full deposit refund will be issued for Rental Cancelations made more than 48 hours in advance of opening (8:00 a.m.) on the scheduled pick-up date.
• Rental Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of opening (8:00 a.m.) on the scheduled pick-up date will forfeit any deposit or rental price paid towards the rental.
• Rentals unclaimed within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up are subject to loss of reserved product and will forfeit deposit or rental price paid for two days of rental.
